About Medinnova

Bridging space exploration and terrestrial healthcare through innovative pharmaceutical and medical technologies

Our Story

Medinnova Space Medicine sits at the intersection of space exploration, biotechnology, and advanced medical engineering.

As space agencies, commercial space stations, and defense partners plan for long-duration missions to the Moon, Mars, and beyond, they face a critical challenge: how to manufacture medicines and provide medical care far away from terrestrial supply chains.

By leveraging Puerto Rico's biopharma legacy and a growing space innovation ecosystem, Medinnova connects orbit and Earth—turning space-enabled know-how into practical healthcare solutions.
